We only accept returns within 30 days of the time you received your shipment in original and non-used condition. Return shipping cost for returns must be paid by the customer. We usually credit the amount back to your payment card within 3 days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs if paid are generally not refunded. We recommend sending the items back with a provider offering tracking and insurance.
